We organise tradesmen and specialists for all types of repair and replacements. From air conditioning to electrical and all other trades, we deal with reputable and efficient tradesmen to deal with any problems you may have. We arrange their visits, and oversee their work.

 

 

Maintenance

We arrange regular visits to maintain your property, pool, cleaners, gardeners, etc. We pay their bills and wages and liase with you to ensure that the property is kept the way you want it to be.

This is vital in keeping a villa in tip top condition for the enjoyment of owners and guests. Leave it to our servicemen. We contract them on your behalf and ensure that they do the job the way you would like it.

We have been managing villas in the Algarve since 1965, and have a great deal of expertise and experience in this area. We have dealt with many tradesmen over the years, and have good connections with them to enable efficient services to our clients. If you are looking for repairs and maintenance in the Albufeira area, we can help you to find it, and get it organised, and even translate for you. Electrical, plumbing, machinery and equipment, as well as the normal house services, such as cleaning, laundry,pool and garden.

Our charges for management depend on the size, location and purpose of the property, ie rental or non rental. We are happy to speak with you and give you an estimate or a quote for our charges. From €60 per month for 'key holding', and €121 per month for full management.

On repairs and maintenance, we either charge an arrangement fee, call out fee ( if applicable) or on larger jobs, a percentage, depending on the amount of overseeing that is required.

We liase with the owners to get the job done to their satisfaction, and, as much as possible, allowing for 'feriados' weekends etc, on time!

Our management accounts are presented quarterly in arrears, and all bills can be audited at our office. We ask owners to keep a minimum balance with us at all times, to enable us to pay bills in a timely manner.

We can also help you to set up bank accounts, and arrange direct billing if this is required
