Introduction to CASA CAÇADORA (Cass-adore-ah)
The villa is situated in the small area of Vale de Parra, approximately 40 minutes drive from Faro airport. Its immediate neighbouring properties include a mix of locals and privately owned holiday villas and apartments. Although in a quiet location the villa is in easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, bars and shops.
Casa Cacadora is set in large grounds which easily accommodate the magnificent 10 metre long pool.
Recently refurbished, the villa has air conditioning and mosquito blinds throughout.
All in all it is the perfect relaxing environment for groups of adults and families alike.
When you enter the villa you will immediately appreciate its spaciousness and light modern feel. The large and airy hallway leads directly to the four downstairs bedrooms, the lounge /dining room and kitchen/breakfast room. Stairs to the upstairs bedroom and terrace are also off the hall. The back to base alarm system control is in the hall.
The Lounge is separated into a sitting area, which overlooks the pool and patio, and a dining area.
There are three, large and comfortable settees grouped around a coffee table and a 40 inch LCD TV with Sky box and cinema surround sound.
For those evenings when you decide not to dine out at one of the many local restaurants and choose not to eat outside, there is a formal dining area, overlooking the gardens and terrace.
Kitchen / breakfast room
The large kitchen diner is well equipped with an American style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, fan oven and induction hob.
The radio CD player has an Ipod docking station. There is a functional central island and a table which comfortably seats ten people.
There is an outside utility room with a washing machine for clients’ personal use.
Double Bedrooms x3
The three double bedrooms, all with good size ensuite bathrooms are comfortably furnished with kingsize beds , and are large enough to take an additional single bed and/or a cot. They each have double doors opening onto a terrace or patio area.
Twin Bedrooms x2
The two twin bedrooms each have ensuite shower rooms. The beds in one of the twin rooms have additional pull-out beds beneath, to provide additional accommodation, and flexibility of sleeping arrangements.
All of the bathrooms have spacious showers and two have baths. One of these is large and twin ended – ideal for bathing children or for relaxing with a glass of wine before dinner.
The bathrooms all have heated towel rails and under-floor heating, which are most appreciated in the spring and autumn.
BBQ, gardens and patios
The villa’s garden areas have been designed for maximum enjoyment and functionality. Pick a lemon from the tree and enjoy it with your gin and tonic, or have a barbecue lunch in the semi shade of the large pergola.
The pool is large in comparison to those of other private villas, being over ten metres in length and almost five metres wide.
Please note that from June 2009 the pool area will be separated off by a gated, toughened glass panel for child safety purposes.
The villa provides an opportunity for you to truly relax in the knowledge that your children are both safe and comfortable.
