This newly renovated villa, has 3 bedrooms ( two doubles each with ensuites, one triplex singles with shower room), livingroom, kitchen, and pool area all on one level.

The master bedroom has a bath/shower WC ensuite, the other double has an ensuite shower/WC, and the triple single bed room has a shower room opposite. The living room has two three seater couches, an armchir, a log burning stove for winter warmth, and a freeview channel TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher and all the usual modern appliances including microwave. There is a storage laundry room with a washing machine for clients use.

There is a good size pool area and terraces, as well as a shaded breakfast area just outside the kitchen, all with tables and plenty of chairs and sunloungers. Ther is a BBQ at the end of the terrace, perfect for turning perfectly good food into charcoal nuggets. Instruction manual on application!

This is a modern and comfortable cottage/villa, compact but comfortable, and well decorated by the owners. Perfect for a budget family holiday, and within an easy walk of 4 or 5 restaurants and bars, but in a quiet cul de sac.
In line with our policy of pointing out the positive and not so positive aspects, there are neighbouring houses, but these are not especially intrusive to the pool areas, and are residential, not tourist houses, with quiet owners.

The beach is about 1.5kms, and shops are 1 km, so a car is recommended but not essential. Lots of good healthy walks nearby, along Galé Beach and the sand dunes, and golf at Salgados just down the road. Albufeira town about 4 kms East.
