This brand new villa is on two floors, and set in spacious ( approx 1 acre) gardens just behind the Salgados golf course. It is south east facing, and set on a small hill and has views to the golf course and sand dunes behind Galé beach. The beach, shops and restaurants are approx 2 kms away, so a car is recommended. Beautiful walks along the sand dunes and down to the beach ( approx 1-2kms), as well as the general unspoilt area, make this a real holiday house. There are some surrounding low level, typical cottages and farm land, leaving this villa in relative isolation.
The owners also have a typical cottage (with a separate and private shared pool) next door, split into two units, each with two bedrooms and one bathroom, furnished in a typoical style with modern kitchens.This could be used for a larger group who wish to expand into larger accommodation as there is an access between the properties which are about 50 meters away from each other.

First Floor Living and dining room is 'L' shaped, opening onto the pool terrace. TV + local satellite . All electric shutters throughout offer shade and security. The spacious modern, kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher cook top and Fridge freezer, and has a breakfast table seating 6. One twin single bedroom downstairs with full bath ensuite, and level access for disabilities or wheelchairs. The external laundry area with washing machine for clients use. Large hedged garden offers privacy from the track running at the front of the house ( local residential access only..very little traffic).

The first floor has three bedrooms, all with full bath and shower ensuites, and two with terraces to the front of the house. One more twin single and two double bedded rooms.

Maid service is three times per week, towels changed twice per week, sheets once per week. The house will have full air conditioning and reverse cycle heating, for the 2006 season. This is not included in the rental price, and is an optional extra for 100euros per week. The pool is not heated.
