Lucinda the house manager is at the villa every
day, except Sundays and public holidays, and clients personal laundry can be
done by arrangement with Lucinda. Cots and high chairs are available on request
free of charge. A welcome pack with our compliments will be awaiting you on
your arrival. Please supply your own pool and beach towels.
This
truly luxury, 2 storey villa, is situated
in the village of Vale de Parra, close to restaurants, bars and
shops, and just behind the superb Gale Beach with the popular
resort of Albufeira only 5 km away. This two storey
villas has airconditioning in all rooms, including lounge
and kitchen. All windows are triple glazed with venetian
blinds and roll down mosquito netting.
The interior of the villa is fitted and furnished to the highest standard and
is extremely spacious. There are 5 bedrooms (2 double and 3 twin), all with
en-suite shower rooms, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master bedroom
on the first floor also has a balcony, and has satellite TV. There are two further
twin bedrooms situated on the first floor, again with en-suite shower rooms,
fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The ground floor comprises an extremely spacious lounge dining
room, with feature fireplace, UK satellite TV., Hi-Fi system, DVD/CD and piped music through to
the kitchen. French windows open out onto the patio area. There
is a large fully fitted kitchen with built-in, double oven and hob unit,
dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge/freezer, plus all the usual
kitchen requirements. Off the kitchen is a laundry room
with washing machine and ironing facilities for clients'
personal use.
The outside drying area and washing lines
are for clients use All the beds are top quality divans with the two doubles being
king size.
The villa exterior has extensive terraces which incorporate the heated 10m x
5 m swimming pool, with its luxury sun loungers, patio furniture, and a covered
barbecue area, outside shower/W.C, all enclosed in a walled area for privacy.
The house is fully alarmed with CCTV and there is a telephone intercom system
from the outside gate to the house for added security and privacy, as well as
a floor mounted safe.
