This new deluxe villa has been built and furnished to top standard. Sitting on a hill overlooking the Salgados Golf course and out to the Galé beach, nothing has been spared in its superb Balinese/thai style  finishes by the tasteful owners, from the kitchen with double door full american style fridge ( is that crushed or cubed ice sir?), with an  8 seater breakfast table, and the latest style fitted kitchen, to the enormous lounge,  with full satellite TV video CD and outside/inside speaker HIFI/dvd/cd system, 12 seater dining table,  to the pool area with ample teak loungers and sunshades. The pool is heated for early/late season occupation. It has a double internal access garage with remote doors, as well as a large rear parking area.

There are 5 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower, and bath with separate shower in the master bedroom. Ground floor has two twin bedrooms, visitors WC lounge and Kitchen. Upper floor has three double bedrooms each with a small balcony. There is a full separate laundry just off the kitchen. Full alarm system with safe.

The views from both the private,screened, pool terrace, and especially the bedroom terraces, are superb, and there is a large surrounding lawned and planted garden area.
It is set in a closed off, small,  (6 villa) private estate and is secured with a full alarm system and an underfloor safe. It is fully air conditioned throughout, with full triple glazing and internal blinds with mosquito screens on all windows.           

Please supply your own pool and beach towels. Maid service 5 days per week. Complimentary starter pack on arrival. Cot and high chair available on prior request.

Please note that all houses now have their own laundry and ironing facilities, and in some houses the maids may continue to do clients laundry and ironing,  for a small fee ( usually about €5-10 per machine), but only if their work load permits, and they are willing. We would suggest that if you would like this service, that you ask them on site, to see if this is possible.
