This magnificent, privately owned luxury villa is situated in rural surroundings just 1 km from the magnificent Gale beach and just 6kms from the popular resort of Albufeira. The nearby village of Vale de Parra incorporates shops and bars and some of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are close by. Set in a small private estate of 6 houses. Full security alarm system and floor safe.
The superbly furnished villa interior, all located on one floor, comprises: a feature entrance hall leading into a beautiful air conditioned lounge with local satellite T.V. and patio doors leading out onto the pool area. Off the lounge is a fabulous large luxury fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, full oven and hob unit, and a breakfast area with table and chairs. There is a washing machine with ironing facilities, in a separate room leading off the kitchen, for clients personal laundry.
There are two twin bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. All of the bedrooms are fully air conditioned and contain fitted wardrobes. There is a separate visitors WC/shower in the hallway.
The villa is located in its own gardens which contain the large private swimming pool and barbecue area.
There is a 5 day maid service, and clients personal laundry on request (a small charge is levied by the maid if available). Cots and high chairs are available free of charge on request. Please supply your own pool and beach towels.

Please note that
all houses now have their own laundry and ironing facilities, and in
some houses the maids may continue to do clients laundry and ironing,
for a small fee ( usually about €5-10 per machine), but only if their
work load permits, and they are willing. We would suggest that if you
would like this service, that you ask them on site, to see if this is
possible.
