This modern, privately owned, luxury villa is situated in a small estate of 6 houses with rural surrounds, just 1 km from Gale beach and just 6 kms from the popular resort of Albufeira. The nearby village of Vale de Parra incorporates shops and bars and some of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are close by.
The spacious villa interior is furnished to the highest standard, and comprises: a tiled entrance hall with vanity room, leading into a large lounge/ dining room with local satellite TV. The patio doors lead out onto a garden and swimming pool with extensive terraces, ample sun loungers and patio furniture. There is also a built-in barbecue.The house is fully security alarmed and has a floor safe.
Ground floor has is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob unit and full oven, and a washing machine for clients' personal use with ironing facilities. Also located on this floor are one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
First floor accommodation comprises: one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, with doors leading to a large private terrace, one twin bedroom with a separate bath room.
Children are welcome and cots and high chairs are available free of charge if booked in advance.Please supply your own beach and pool towels.There is a 5 day maid service , and the maid may, on request, do clients personal laundry. A small welcome pack, with our compliments, will be awaiting you on your arrival.
Car hire is essential to enable you to make the most of your stay in this friendly Algarvian area.
Please note that all houses now have their own laundry and ironing facilities, and in some houses the maids may continue to do clients laundry and ironing, for a small fee ( usually about €5-10 per machine), but only if their work load permits, and they are willing. We would suggest that if you would like this service, that you ask them on site, to see if this is possible.
