A Beautiful three level, modern townhouse with a super top terrace to sunbath and dine on, with magnificent sea views towards the marina headland. Gulls circling overhead and fishing boats and cruisers leaving the marina, make this a great town based holiday retreat for those who want to be close to town, and who dont need a car. Town centre is downhill along the beach walk, approx 500 mtrs. The beach is approx 350 mtrs, and there are cafes and restaurants and a small supermarket, immediately around the property. Both bedrooms and the lounge have aircon units.

Street entry level ( up some steps) has the two bedrooms, one queen bedroom, one large double bedroom, with one or two extra single beds in the same room.
There is in the hallway one full bathroom /WC with bath shower, and a small WC with shower only.



On the first level upstairs, there is the spacious and modern, open plan, lounge/dining area, also with sea views, and a separate brand new galley kitchen with dishwasher, and a washing machine.
Fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas 4 burner hob top, and double sink unit. Kettle, toaster etc.

The private roof terrace has dinner seating for 6, two sunbeds, and a shaded area for the hot sunny days. Oh yes.. and a great sea view!

Ther are two swimming pools nearby, both of them will allow guests on a daily ticket ( price varies). One at the Hotel Boa Vista immediately behind the property, one at the Cerro Grande windmill area, at the top of the hill behind the property ( steps from the opposite corner lead up there directly.

The town beach is free.. and an easy walk downhill ( but harder to get back up after a long hard day on the beach!) in about 5-7 mins once you know the shortcuts.

With the downstairs bedrooms, they are permanently cool and relaxing. The lounge has giant picture windows to get the most of the view.
