This moorish style villa is situated in the area of Sesmarias, just 1.5km behind the beautiful Castelo beach and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.It is on a small private estate with security entrance.   For any teenage members of the party who desire a more lively holiday it is only 5 km from the popular, bustling town of Albufeira.

The light and airy villa interior fully air conditioned,  is furnished to a good standard and comprises :-
Ground Floor; Master Bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobes,  and patio doors leading out onto pool and patio area. 1 Twin Bedroom with fitted wardrobes, overlooks the swimming pool and has  french doors opening out onto the pool and patio area. There is a separate shower WC beside this room . There is a large lounge/dining room with wood burning fire and local satellite TV , again with patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace. A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, hob unit, microwave, fridge/freezer and dish washer completes the ground floor accommodation. It has an alarm and a safe.

Washing machine with iron etc  for clients personal laundry is in the utility room beside the kitchen.

A marble staircase leads to the first floor accommodation. At the top of the stairs is a small sitting area with a door leading onto a veranda. There is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom, both with patio doors leading onto a veranda with views over the surrounding countryside.

The magnificent filtered swimming pool with a separate children's pool and barbecue, together with patio furniture and sun loungers, is set in a walled garden for privacy.

There is maid service 5 days per week. Please supply your own pool/beach towels. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge for young children if booked in advance.

Car hire is essential to make the most of your holiday in this friendly Algarvian area.

Please note that all houses now have their own laundry and ironing facilities, and in some houses the maids may continue to do clients laundry and ironing,  for a small fee ( usually about €5-10 per machine), but only if their work load permits, and they are willing. We would suggest that if you would like this service, that you ask them on site, to see if this is possible.
