On the first floor there are two double and one twin bedded rooms – the two queen bed rooms each have an ensuite shower WCs , the twin bedded room has, next to it, a family bathroom + WC and bidet.  Two of the upstairs bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the pool and views across the surrounding countryside.  The fourth twin single bedroom is situated on the ground floor next to its own bathroom, and would suit any mobility impared members of the group. 

The villa has a large open terrace area at the rear with barbeque and a 4m x 10m pool.  The garden is fenced, private and has a small lawned area with flower beds.  There is also a small upper ‘all over tan’ terrace for privacy.   

Use of the basement 3/4 Snooker Table is available at no extra charge.  Separate deposit required.
