This property is almost unique in the Algarve, and is situated just to the East of Albufeira, in a fairly heavily developed area, but sits privately in is own large grounds, with security gates, and is not overlooked. It shares the grounds with one other house, but they are private to each other, and can be rented separately or in conjunction with each other.

It is built with a traditional feel to it, stone and tile floors, tiled roof, plus hand painted bathroom tiles, make this a wonderful period house. It has been furnished with care and attention to detail by the owner, and has many works of art for decoration.

The house can be rented to suit the size of the party 6/8/10/12 persons.* note below. All rooms are air conditioned( *optional extra) . The pool has a sloping beach entry for children and elderly or mobile impared . There is a jacuzzi which is heated in one of the overflow pools, and there is pool heating ( optional extra), however with an overflow horizon pool, this does not reach high temperatures, and we cannot guarantee that it maintains heat overnight. A manual bubble cover is available for use if required, and must be fitted and removed by the client. The air conditioning is often not needed as the sea breezes keep this property beautifully cool during most of the year. It is reverse cycle heating, in case warmth is needed during the winter months.

This is a fabulous property for relaxation and sea views of 180 degrees assure perfect position. There is a beach bar immediately below the garden for grilled lunches, and then a nap by the pool.

It is a short walk to many shops restaurants and bars ( approx 300 metres) and a car is not absolutely neccessary. The strip , with all its bars and venues, ( for younger groups) is only a 10 minute walk away. There is a mid size 'supermarket' 250 metres away.

Bedrooms total :- 6 bed 6 bath :Main house, Ground floor queen bed with ensuite, first floor, twin bed with ensuite, small double bed with shower wc ensuite.
1st Floor annexe :- Twin bedroom with bath/shower ensuite, twin bedroom with shower ensuite
Ground floor Courtyard room:- Double bedroom with Bath wc ensuite.
Large Living room. Separate dining niche, large kitchen with american style fridge, large separate dining room for larger groups, opens onto the pool terrace and built in BBQ area. There is a freesat Flat screen TV, with ITV BBC and Sky News, CNN etc ( not all channels) and DVD player.
Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, american dispenser fridge, built in oven/grill, cooker hob - gas, and coffee filter, kettle, toaster.

Security deposit from €500-€1000 required depending on party size.

*Rates depend on the season, (except peak season which is a fixed price), the party size, and mainly, the areas occupied, ie main house only, main + annexe, main+annex+courtyard. Please ensure your party size and configuration suits the available beds ( ie doubles and singles), as occupation of extra bedrooms will considerably increase the rental amount.

Shares the same priveledged location as the house above, in the same walled and gated secure and private grounds. These are the only two houses on the estate.

It also has private access to the beach, and the same 180º views over the beach. It is slightly more elevated than it's neighbour, and the houses are fenced to ensure privacy between the two, and from the outside. Only the pool man might disturb you!

The house has the living dining ( open plan) on the ground level floor,Freesat TV and dvd player, with direct access to the shared car park area, and downstairs has 4 bedroom, two queens one with ensuite, one with private bath/wc, two twins, each with its own ensuite. The two queen bedrooms open onto the pool area, and the two twins to the side BBQ area, all with shuttered french windows.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing macine. Fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee filter.

There is a large open terrace from the living room, with the views and position that would enchant anyone. Alfresco eating will never be the same.

This house sleeps maximum 8 persons, and has a 6 or 8 person rate. The pool is not heated, there is optional airconditioning/ reverse cycle heating throughout the house and bedrooms. There is a good size grass area surrounding the pool, and the BBQ is downstairs at the side of the house.
