This spacious, single storey villa,
has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, lounge and even kitchen. There is
a security alarm system, floor safe and all
the windows have triple glazing with internal Venetian blinds and external
mosquito blinds.
The villa accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms both with fitted
wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms. One twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes
and en-suite shower room a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes
and a separate bathroom.
The lounge/dining room with feature fireplace has full UK satellite
TV, video and hi-fi system. The spacious fully fitted kitchen with
breakfast table for 8 people includes fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher,
built in oven with hob unit and several other appliances.
The
heated filtered swimming pool with children's section, is
set in an extensive patio area surrounded by walled gardens for
privacy. Also in this area is a WC/laundry room with washing machine
for clients personal use. Outside the kitchen is a superb covered
barbecue area with outside table and chairs. There are ample sun
loungers and additional chairs and tables. Please bring your
own pool and beach towels.
Lucinda
the house manager is at the villa every day, except Sundays and
public holidays, and clients personal laundry can be done by arrangement
with Lucinda. Cots and high chairs are available on request free
of charge. A welcome pack with our compliments will be awaiting
you on your arrival. Please supply your own pool and beach towels.
Situated
only 5km from Albufeira, the Cathcal is conveniently located within 2
km of the magnificent Gale Beach and conveniently placed for walking to
shops, bars and restaurants, whilst still retaining its privacy within
rural Vale de Parra.
Car hire
is essential to take in the many attractions of the area and to enable
you to enjoy your holiday to the full.
Cots are
available free of charge, but must be booked in advance.
Please
note that all houses now have their own laundry and ironing facilities,
and in some houses the maids may continue to do clients laundry and ironing,
for a small fee ( usually about €5-10 per machine), but only if their
work load permits, and they are willing. We would suggest that if you
would like this service, that you ask them on site, to see if this is
possible.
