This ground floor garden Unit is comparable to a 5 star hotel suite. It is wood panelled and ultra modern. It is situated only 400m from the Salgados/ Galé Beach on the west side of Albufeira, in the delux CS Salgados estate, with 24 hr security access. Right beside the Salgados Golf Course. The estate has full reception, spa facilities, tennis courts, several pools, including a childrens pool. The apartment comes with an inclusive golf buggy, and two sets of golf clubs, plus discounted golf at Salgados, and via the local management agent
( www.algarvegolfdesk.com ), discounts and offers on all other Algarve courses.

The unit has a queen master bedroom, with ensuite bath and wc, a twin bedroom with a shower/bath/wc accross the hall. The living room has two leather couches, (one is a sofa bed, and would sleep up to 2 children), and an ultra modern, built in kitchen with folding doors, plus the breakfast/dining area.

It has satellite free channel TV with all the UK free channels, dvd and music capacity/cd. The terrace runs along the whole front of the unit, and has a sliding panel for shade capacity. The terrace faces South, into the gardens, and is not directly overlooked. The apartment is spacious, and has no directly facing apartments to intrude on privacy. There is morning sun, and afternoon shade..perfect for a sunny breakfast and cool afternoon drinks!
The various swimming pools are about 100m away from the unit, and not directly visible ( or audible).
Car is advised, but not essential, as there are bars and restaurants, and a small market, within a 5 minute walking radius.
Varoius beaches are also accessible, from Salgados/Galé, which is 4kms of unspoilt beaches and sand dunes, to several little rocky coves to the east side, all with bars and snack bars on them.
There is a lower garage area ( with the golf buggy). The unit is accessible for any persons with mobility difficulties, there are no steps or levels to impede access from the immediate parking area at the front.

Maid service is once per week, linens changed once per week, towels twice weekly. Washing machine and dishwasher in kitchen. Iron and ironing board supplied.
