The Villa Mirante is, in our opinion, one of the areas best houses. It is a spacious country villa, incorporating furnishings of quality and style, and all of those who are fortunate enough to stay in the Mirante are guaranteed the perfect start to their holiday. The villa is situated in one of the best locations on the Algarve, providing magnificent views of the surrounding countryside, yet only 4km from the popular resort town of Albufeira. The villa is some 3.5km from, in our opinion, the best beaches in Europe and some of the best restaurants in the Algarve are close by.
The villa interior and furnishings are of a superior quality and include a stunning marble and mahogany staircase, leading to the first floor accommodation of: two superb bedrooms, one twin, one double, each with ensuite bathroom and terraces affording truly magnificent views. Ground floor accommodation comprises: two further spacious bedrooms, one twin and one double and a luxury bathroom. A well equipped kitchen includes a hob unit and oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer, with a separate laundry room with washing machine. An outstanding feature of this villa is its stylish split level lounge/dining room, with feature fireplace and local satellite TV, opening out onto the pool and patio area. The house has a security alarm system and a floor mounted safe.
The villa's extensive terraces and magnificent gardens, house the large filtered swimming pool complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is also a superb barbecue and shaded outside dining area, which further aids your enjoyment of the magnificent views afforded to this villa.
There is a 5 day maid service, and a small welcome pack with our compliments will be awaiting you on your arrival. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge when pre-booked. Please supply your own towels for pool and beach.
Car hire is essential to enable you to make the most of your holiday at the Villa Mirante.
*2004 season :-The owner has installed heating the pool for this villa. To cover costs, pool heating is and extra €150 ( approx £100) per full week only (no part weeks), payable locally on arrival. If you require pool heating please advise us in advance as it takes 2/3 days to get the pool up to temperature.
Please note that all houses now have their own laundry and ironing facilities, and in some houses the maids may continue to do clients laundry and ironing, for a small fee ( usually about €5-10 per machine), but only if their work load permits, and they are willing. We would suggest that if you would like this service, that you ask them on site, to see if this is possible.
