This privately owned luxury villa is situated in rural surroundings, on a small estate of 6 houses, just 1km from the magnificent Gale beach and just 6kms from the popular resort of Albufeira. The nearby area of Vale De Parra incorporates shops and bars and some of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are close by.
The superior and spacious,fully furnished villa interior comprises: a large feature
entrance hall leading into a beautiful lounge with local satellite T.V.
Off the lounge is a large
dining area leading to a deluxe fitted kitchen with oven, hob unit,
microwave,dishwasher,
fridge/freezer. The washing machine and
ironing facilities are in the
garage area,
for clients personal use.
There is also a downstairs vanity room.
Also located on this floor are one double bedroom with ensuite
shower, one twin
bedroom with ensuite shower room, both have fitted wardrobes and
patio doors leading out onto sun terraces.
First floor accomodation comprises:
One huge double, master bedroom with luxury spacious ensuite bathroom, fitted
wardrobes and patio doors leading to private sun terrace and one
twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and fitted wardrobes.
The villa is located in its own private gardens and lawns which contain the large private swimming pool, barbecue area and outside shower room. It has a security alarm system and a floor safe.
There is a 5 day maid service, and clients' personal laundry on request ( see notes below). Cots and high chairs are available on request. Please supply your own pool and beach towels.
Car hire is essential to enable you to make the most of your holiday in this friendly Algarvian area.
Please note that all houses now have their own laundry and ironing facilities, and in some houses the maids may continue to do clients laundry and ironing, for a small fee ( usually about €5-10 per machine), but only if their work load permits, and they are willing. We would suggest that if you would like this service, that you ask them on site, to see if this is possible.
