This Moorish style villa is situated in the area of Sesmarias, on a small private estate with security entrance, just behind the magnificent Castelo Beach and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. For the teenage members of the party who wish a more lively holiday it is only 5 km from the popular bustling town of Albufeira. It is on a small private estate of 4 houses with a security gate entrance, cobblestone driveways and pleasant gardens.

The light and airy villa interior, fully air conditioned throughout, is furnished to a  good standard and comprises:
Ground Floor: 1 twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading out onto the pool and patio area, a further bathroom, large lounge/dining room with feature fireplace and local satellite TV and again, patio doors leading out onto the pool and patio area. The fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob unit,  washing machine and ironing facilities for clients personal laundry, and dishwasher, completes the ground floor accommodation.

The first floor is reached via a large hall with feature arched Moorish window and staircase leading to two large  bedrooms one twin with ensuite bathroom, one double with ensuite shower and patio doors leading onto balconies with views over the surrounding countryside.

The filtered swimming pool and patio area, complete with sun loungers and patio furniture, are tastefully set in a walled area. There is also a built in barbecue. There is a security alarm system and a floor safe.

There is a 5 day maid service .  A small welcome pack with our compliments will be awaiting you on your arrival. Please supply your own pool and beach towels. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge if booked in advance.

Car hire is essential to enable you to make the most of your holiday in this friendly Algarvian area.

Please note that all houses now have their own laundry and ironing facilities, and in some houses the maids may continue to do clients laundry and ironing,  for a small fee ( usually about €5-10 per machine), but only if their work load permits, and they are willing. We would suggest that if you would like this service, that you ask them on site, to see if this is possible.
